    • 3pm Check in at Hyatt Place Dublin.

    • Trader Joe's in Pleasanton, or 3250 Lakeshore Ave, Oakland, CA (or 5727 College Ave, Oakland, CA) 9am-9pm. Bring cooler with coldpacks for cold goods.
    • Lunch at Homeroom 400 40th St, Oakland, CA — Note: the salad/half order was a perfect size.
    • Pick up order #1385146 — Sweet Maria's Coffee 1115 21st Street Oakland CA 94607 (510-628-0919) open M-F 11 am - 5 pm with lunch from 1:30-2. — next time email them to ask it to be in a box, but getting the bigger box lying on the floor was *perfect* for lightening the load
    • 3pm Relocate to Hilton Oakland Airport One Hegenberger Road, Oakland, CA 94621 510-635-5000. Get fridge for room.
    • Visit Endgame

    • Lunch at In & Out at 11 am — with Eric Lytle! The timing was perfect.

      • 2-7pm Carl running Tenra Bansho Zero - "Heart of War" for Adam Diran, Brian Fernandez, Bryant Durrell, Zed Lopez, Jon Edwards, Ryan Kent
      • 7pm-1am Ryuutama "The Melody of the Dragon of Winter" by Ian Grey Carl for 5 players: Alex Thompson, Charles Chung, Doug Henderson, Fred Lott, Monika Hortnagl, Tyler Eckard
      • 8-midnight Liralen slept, actually got into bed at 8:30 and didn't get out until 8:30…

      • 7pm Dinner at Francesco's: Carl, Chris Hanrahan, Fred Hicks, Eric Lytle, Brian Isikoff, Eric Vogel. Carl to bring Francesco's Special back for Liralen.
      • 8pm-midnight
        • Bryant Liralen in "Always/Never/Now – Part 2" by Stephen Hood with Isabel Malonzo, Steven Kaye, and Chris Mitchell
      • Midnight: Parsely Games and Ice Cream Social (Jeni's Ice Cream!). Or sleep. Sleep is good too.

      • All Carl's players were excellent yay!

    • Shuttle to airport leaves every 20 minutes on request, but confirm schedule.
    • 10:25am Liralen departs SW 913
    • Carl has a late breakfast at Cock-A-Doodle Cafe at 719 Washington Street, Oakland, CA M-F 8-2:30 SaSu 8-3

Notes

Trader Joe's Notes (Liralen now has one in Boulder, so no need to stock up)

  • Snacks for the Con - note that for all that we got $60 worth of stuff to start it nearly all got eaten
  • Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups were very popular
  • Some kind of breakfast cake scones looked good, but Liralen ended up putting them at Con registration - Also note that Saturday Morning there were BOXES of donuts at Reg
  • Yogurt - 3 was perfect
  • Candy/treats - Note that Ryan's allergies still allowed him to eat the dark chocolate pistachio toffee
  • Fresh fruit
  • Don't get milk or 1/2 & 1/2 again
  • 2 noodle bowls was perfect for when Liralen wasn't enamored with the food truck lines. Bring or ask for spoons.

Liralen's Remember to Pack for Next Time

  • Packing Tape, especially if there's a Sweet Maria's order, or ask Carl to bring some
